As the first undertaking unit, the company and the China Company jointly applied for the "Zinc Clean Smelting Key Technology and Major Complete Equipment Series R&D and Application" project, which was included and received 1 million yuan in financial support. The implementation period of this project is three years, and the Science and Technology Bureau will provide rolling financial support year by year based on the completion of the project.
As an important tool to highlight the focus of scientific and technological work, major science and technology projects focus on top-level design and strategic development goals. They mainly support the research and development of common key technologies for key industries and major projects, the development of major strategic products and the transformation of major scientific and technological achievements. The nine major special projects supported include electronic information, biology and new medicine, aerospace, new materials, high-tech services, new energy and energy conservation, resources and environment, advanced manufacturing and automation, and modern agriculture.
At present, my country's nonferrous metallurgical industry is facing the dilemma of high energy consumption, high pollution and low efficiency. How to promote innovative development concepts and achieve clean production is a major issue facing the country, industry and enterprises. In recent years, the company has used its existing technical foundation to carry out joint research and development around the automatic zinc stripping technology and complete equipment for large, medium and small plates, introduced, digested and re-innovated foreign advanced automatic zinc stripping technology, realized the localization of major key technology complete equipment, and further optimized performance, broadened categories, reduced costs, and developed automatic zinc stripping technology and complete equipment with international advanced level, and promoted and applied them to meet the production requirements of large-scale and ultra-large-scale zinc smelting projects above 100kt/a.
The implementation of the "Series R&D and Application of Key Technologies and Major Complete Equipment for Clean Zinc Smelting" project will change the labor-intensive traditional production mode of the non-ferrous smelting industry, promote the progress of non-ferrous smelting clean production process technology, accelerate the technological transformation and upgrading of the zinc smelting industry, and is of great significance to improving the equipment mechanization and automation level of my country's zinc smelting industry.
